Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code and upload straight from their phone’s browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
What does my team need to do on the day?
Nothing. Set the event up beforehand, put the QR code on signage or place cards, and Capsule runs itself. No hardware, no AV, no one to staff it.
Are photos saved in full quality?
Yes. Capsule keeps the original file each guest uploads. You can download photos one at a time or the whole album as a single zip.
Who can see the album?
Only people with the event’s QR code or link. Albums aren’t listed or searchable anywhere.
Can I control how many photos guests take?
Yes. Set a per-guest shot limit to keep the album focused on the best moments instead of hundreds of duplicates.
Can I choose when guests can upload?
Yes. You set when photo sharing opens and closes, so uploads line up with the event itself.
Can I manage multiple events?
Yes. Every event you create lives in one dashboard, each with its own QR code and album.
Can guests upload videos?
Not yet. Capsule is photos only for now.
Do you offer partner pricing for planners and venues?
